Russian Military Provides Three Tons of Humanitarian Aid to Syria

Members of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Opposing Sides have provided humanitarian assistance to civilians in the Al-Naseriyah area of  Rif Dimashq Governorate.

 

"At the administrative building in the locality, Russian servicemen distributed 300 food kits, totaling approximately three tons in weight. Each kit contains essentials like flour, rice, tea, sugar, and vegetable oil, amounting to around 10 kilograms of provisions. In addition to the food kits, the center's personnel delivered 1,000 kilograms of clothing items," the report states.

 

As part of the humanitarian initiative, the leader of the medical service within the Damascus troop group conducted medical examinations of the local population. "The residents received treatment guidance and essential medications," they pointed out.

 

Throughout the operation of the Russian center, they have executed 3,600 humanitarian initiatives, delivering and distributing over 7,588 tons of food, bottled water, and essential supplies to the disadvantaged Syrian residents.
