The conference of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs of the Ministry of the Arab Republic of Egypt on the theme: "Renewal of Islamic thought and science" completed its work in Cairo. The delegation of the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Kabardino-Balkaria, including the mufti Khazretali Dzasejev, took part in the conference.
The event was held under the auspices of Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sisi.
About a hundred delegates, including Ministers, Muftis, scientists, religious figures, theologians and parliamentarians from dozens of countries, came to Cairo to participate in the conference.
The participants discussed the updates taking place in the life of the Egyptians, and the corresponding updates of religious thought.
It was emphasized that religious thought should be updated by people who have a certain level of knowledge and possess the necessary tools, and who understand that they will be asked about their actions on the Day of Judgment.
