Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the Russian Federation Polad Bülbüloğlu on his 75th birthday. The congratulatory telegram highlights the diplomat's contribution to the development of cooperation between the two states.
"Dear Polad Bülbüloğlu, please accept my warm congratulations on the occasion of your 75th anniversary. For many years, you have made a very significant contribution to the development of friendly relations and fruitful cooperation between our countries and peoples. And of course, Russia highly appreciates your bright talent as a composer, musician and artist, and sincerely loves your inspired creativity", the telegram reads, in particular.
