International events under the auspices of the Russian Security Council, planned for the spring, were postponed to a later date due to the situation with the spread of coronavirus, the press service of the Security Council of the Russian Federation reports.
"International events that were planned under the auspices of the Security Council of the Russian Federation for April and May will be postponed to a later date," says the statement quoted by TASS.
It is noted that, among others, the annual international meeting of high representatives responsible for security issues was canceled.
The forum was planned to be held on May 26-29 in the Kaliningrad region.
