The Majlis al-Shura (Advisory Council) of Saudi Arabia approved a draft agreement between the governments of the Kingdom and Russia on the mutual opening of trade missions.
This is stated in the Council's microblog on Twitter.
"The Majlis of al-Shura approved the draft agreement between the governments of Saudi Arabia and the Russian Federation on the joint establishment of trade missions," the message reads.
Opening a Russian trade representative office in Saudi Arabia has been discussed since 2018.
