The King of Saudi Arabia urgently convenes a summit of Arab states in connection with the situation around Iran. This is with reference to the Kingdom of Foreign Affairs agency reports SPA.
It is mentioned that the summit was caused by sabotage against tankers off the coast of the United Arab Emirates, as well as the attack of the Houthis on two oil pipelines of Saudi Arabia.
Participation in the summit will be the countries of the League of Arab States and the Gulf Cooperation Council. The event will be held on June 30th in Mecca.
On the same day, a summit meeting is scheduled, which will bring together the Heads of State and Government of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
