Sea Cup stage within the framework of the Army International Games started in Iran

The opening ceremony of the Sea Cup competition of the Army International Games (Army-2021) was held on Wednesday in the port of Bandar-e Anzali. This was reported by the press service of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Rasht.


"The opening ceremony of the Sea Cup competition of the Army International Games 2021, where the delegations of the navies of Russia, Azerbaijan, Iran and Kazakhstan are competing this year, took place on August 24 at the berth of the port of Bandar-e Anzali," the report said. It also noted that "the Caspian Flotilla of the Russian Navy is represented by the small artillery ships Makhachkala, Astrakhan and the rescue tugboat SB-738".


The 7th Army International Games is a training and combat competition of servicemen of various nations. They take place from August 22 to September 4 at military ranges of 11 countries.
