Senior CSTO, SCO and CIS officials to discuss security in Eurasia on November 16 in Moscow

Secretaries-General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), as well as the Executive Secretary of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) will hold an informal meeting in Moscow on November 16 to discuss cooperation and security issues in the Eurasian space. This was reported on Monday by the CSTO press service.


"The 10th informal meeting of the top administrative officials of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will be held in Moscow on November 16, 2022," the statement said. - "CSTO Secretary-General Stanislav Zas, Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee and CIS Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev and SCO Secretary-General Zhang Ming will discuss interaction between the three major regional international organizations, as well as issues of security in the Eurasian space."


Moreover, on November 15, Colonel General Anatoly Sidorov, Head of the CSTO Joint Staff, will meet with the SCO secretary-general.
