The plenary session, held at the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library, is dedicated to inter-parliamentary and inter-municipal cooperation as a cornerstone of regional economic development. Delegates will focus on leveraging legislative mechanisms to enhance regional growth and improve the quality of life.
