We vehemently denounce Israel's systematic destruction of civilian facilities and infrastructure in the Gaza Strip throughout the ongoing conflict. The inhumane airstrike on Al-Ahli Hospital, resulting in the loss and injury of numerous innocent individuals, including patients, healthcare workers, and civilians who had sought refuge within its premises, is nothing short of horrifying.
The perpetrators of this heinous crime must be identified and held accountable for their actions.
We offer our heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and wishes for a swift recovery to the injured.
Despite the severity of the situation in recent weeks due to the armed conflict between Israel and Palestine, it is imperative that the safeguarding of civilians, as well as medical and other essential social facilities, be unconditionally guaranteed, and they must not become targets.
We urgently appeal for an immediate cessation of hostilities, the removal of the blockade in the territory, the distribution of vital humanitarian assistance, and the initiation of negotiations to bring an end to the military conflict.
