At the grand opening of the "Science and Technology" block of Rossotrudnichestvo's youth program "New Generation" during the international exhibition-forum "Russia," Syrian Ambassador to Moscow Bashar Jaafari emphasized the depth of cooperation between Russia and Syria, underscoring their robust strategic partnership.
"The 'New Generation' program has emerged as a pivotal avenue for bolstering and perpetuating cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Syrian Arab Republic. This collaboration has evolved into a multifaceted engagement, epitomizing the level of strategic partnership that characterizes the relationship between Syria and Russia," remarked the ambassador.
Jaafari also pointed out, "In two months, we will commemorate the 80th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries," further highlighting the enduring nature of their diplomatic ties.
The "New Generation" program offers short-term study tours to Russia for young representatives from political, public, scientific, and business circles of foreign countries. Aimed at individuals aged 25 to 35, the program selects candidates through Russian Houses and partner organizations.
