The war in Syria is entering its final stage, at which Damascus calls for international cooperation in the fight against terrorism. About this, speaking at the tenth international meeting of high representatives of security issues, which takes place in Ufa, Riyad Haddad, Syrian Ambassador to Russia said.

"If at the beginning of the war against Syria, international cooperation was required, which was not represented by many countries, now this cooperation is relevant and necessary in the future, especially considering that we are entering the last stage of the war in Syria", - diplomat noted.
According to Haddad, terrorists who were defeated in Syria, but acquired combat skills, as well as strategic and tactical capabilities, will flee to other countries to recruit new fighters for subsequent attacks around the world.
