Tajikistan's Prime Minister Calls Innoprom a Landmark Event in Industry

The international exhibition Innoprom has become a landmark event in the industrial sector, and Tajikistan is grateful to Russia for hosting it, Prime Minister Kohir Rasulzoda during the strategic session of the exhibition.


Rasulzoda expressed gratitude for the invitation to the exhibition, noting its high level of organization and emphasizing that it "has become one of the landmark events in the field of industry in recent years."


The prime minister highlighted that Tajikistan is represented at the exhibition by more than 40 enterprises involved in the mining and processing of gold, precious metals, and stones, as well as aluminum production, the coal industry, and other sectors.


Rasulzoda also mentioned Tajikistan's interest in cooperation on creating cotton and textile clusters. "As part of the program for the accelerated industrialization of the country, the government has set a goal to create six cotton-textile clusters in 22 districts of the country, covering the full processing of cotton fiber to the production of finished products. We are interested in mutually beneficial cooperation for the creation of these clusters, including through the acquisition of technological lines on the basis of leasing or the use of other financial instruments," he said.
