The Turkish delegation headed by the Chief Ombudsman Şeref Malkoç visited the Moscow Cathedral mosque.
As the press service of the Russian Muftis Council, the delegation was received by First Deputy Chairman of the RMC Rushan Abbyasov, who told the guests about the history of the mosque and about the life of Muslims in modern Russia.
In addition, they discussed joint projects and activities of Russian Muslims with the Department for Religious Affairs of Turkey and the Turkish Embassy in Moscow.
As part of the meeting, members of the Turkish delegation prayed in the Moscow Cathedral mosque.
