Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a Decree approving the composition of the Pobeda Russian Organizing Committee. The Committee includes the Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation, the Chairman of the Russian Muftis Council, Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gainutdin.
President Vladimir Putin heads the Pobeda group. In total, the Committee consists of more than 50 representatives of public organizations, authorities, and religious figures.
The Pobeda Organizing Committee is an advisory body under the President of the Russian Federation. It is formed to carry out a unified state policy in the field of the Patriotic education of Russian citizens and in relation to veterans.
