The new round of inter-Syrian talks in the so-called Astana format will be held in Nur-Sultan on April 25th-26th. This was announced on Thursday by Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan, Mukhtar Tileuberdi.
The names of the participants in the talks have not yet been named, however, according to him, the new UN Special Representative for Syria Geir Pedersen expressed the interest in participating in the events, and therefore, his visit “is not excluded”.
