The collapse of the Treaty on the Elimination of Medium and Small-Range Missiles rolls the world back to the 30 years ago situation. Deputy Director of the Department for Non-Proliferation and Arms Control of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Oleg Rozhkov has announced about it, speaking at a meeting of the preparatory Committee for the 2020 conference of Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
