According to the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia in Dushanbe on June 15th, a meeting between the Presidents of Russia and Palestine, Vladimir Putin and Mahmoud Abbas, will take place.
The Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki has announced about it in an interview for TASS.
“I expect this to happen next month in Tajikistan, where a summit on interaction and confidence building measures in Asia will be held. As far as we understand, President Putin will participate in it, our President will also be there. We are working on organizing their meeting during the summit”, the agency quotes the Diplomat.
Meanwhile, in the Kremlin, the message about the possible meeting between Putin and Abbas has not yet been commented.
