The Russian delegation took part in the OSCE antiterrorist conference

The Russian interdepartmental delegation headed by the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Oleg Syromolotov attended the annual OSCE antiterrorist conference, which was held in Bratislava.

 

Speaking to the participants of the event, the head of the Russian delegation outlined Russia’s approaches to counter-terrorism and antiextremist issues.

 

The main emphasis was placed on the need to unite the efforts of all states in the fight against terrorism on the basis of international law.

 

The significant contribution of Russia to the struggle against international terrorist organizations in Syria was noted.

 

As noted on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the conference has formulated a number of final documents regarding the effective fight against terrorism.
