The Authorities of Iran responded to the US decision to admit the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization, recognizing the US Army as a terrorist group.
The Supreme National Security Council of Iran has made this decision, a letter from Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif with a corresponding appeal was send to the President Hassan Rouhani.
We recall that the United States have made the IRGC, officially included in the structure of the Armed Forces of Iran, in the list of foreign terrorist organizations, it has become known the day before.
The reason of it is that the IRGC allegedly finances and supports terrorism, which Iran uses as a tool to achieve its interests.
