Uzbekistan Airways launches a direct flight from Krasnoyarsk airport to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, the airport's press service said on Tuesday.
"Uzbekistan Airways launches direct flights to Tashkent. The flights will start operating from July 2," the airport said in a statement.
Flights to Tashkent will be operated on Sundays, the flight from the capital of Uzbekistan to Krasnoyarsk - on Saturdays. The flight from Krasnoyarsk to Tashkent will take three hours and 45 minutes and three hours and 30 minutes for the return trip. The ticket price is just over 11 thousand rubles one way and from 19.3 thousand rubles for round trip.
Earlier, Uzbekistan Airways announced the launch of flights to Namagan, the second-largest city in Uzbekistan. Ural Airlines also flies to Tashkent from Krasnoyarsk, while Aeroflot and Iraero operate flights to Fergana.
