The speaker of the Federation Council (upper house of Russian Parliament - Federal Assembly), Valentina Matvienko, will meet with the chairman of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Mustafa Şentop. Negotiations will be held in the building of the Federation Council in Moscow, the beginning - at 15.00.
In mid-May, Valentina Matvienko, as part of the Russian parliamentary delegation, visited Turkey, when she met with the state authorities.
Then she reported that the speaker of the Turkish parliament intends to visit Russia.
