- Dear friends! I congratulate you on the opening of the mosque in the city of Shali. The implementation of this large-scale, impressive project is a great, significant event for the residents of Shali and the entire Chechen Republic, who profess Islam. The new mosque is intended to become an important spiritual, educational center, a source of promotion of the true, enduring values of Islam, the focus of religious and cultural life of Muslims in the region. I am sure that this magnificent mosque, one of the largest in Europe, will help to introduce people, especially youth, to the historical and religious traditions of fathers and grandfathers, to strengthen peace and harmony in our society. I wish you success and all the best.
