Vladimir Putin extended the non-working week until the end of April

The non-working week in Russia due to coronavirus is extended until the end of April, Russian President Vladimir Putin told in his address.


The current non-working week, according to the head of state, allowed buying time for proactive actions.


In general, as Putin noted, it is still possible to protect the older generation from the coronavirus, but the threat remains - the peak of the epidemic in the world, according to experts, has not yet passed.


The previous time the Russian leader made a televised address to the citizens of the country on March 25. In a speech on the situation with the spread of coronavirus infection, the President, among other things, declared a week off from March 30 to April 5.
