Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the Republic Day, which is celebrated in Azerbaijan today, May 28th.
According to the message: «Your country is confidently moving along the path of socio-economic development, Azerbaijan plays an important role in resolving issues of the international agenda».
The President of the Russian Federation also expressed his intention to continue building up bilateral relations with Azerbaijan in various fields.
“I am confident that with joint efforts we will continue to successfully build up fruitful bilateral ties in all areas, constructive cooperation in ensuring regional stability and security,” the Russian President highlighted.
