Earlier, the head of state said that, despite the coronavirus and the associated cancellation of a number of mass events, on May 9, there will be aircraft flights, "Immortal regiment" in a virtual format and fireworks.
Putin himself will lay flowers at the Eternal flame in Moscow on May 9, where he will address the Russians.
On the day of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in WWII, the film, dedicated to the events of those years, will be shown by Russia Today worldwide on-air and online.
"On May 9, RT will present the full version of the documentary "ABC of Victory: from Brest to the Reichstag" and hold a special broadcast on all language versions of the channel.
