The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have launched artillery strikes targeting a hospital and adjacent residential structures in the Palestinian town of Khan Younis, situated in the southern Gaza Strip.
A statement from the Palestinian Red Crescent (PRCS) indicates that the shelling has caused significant damage to the Al-Amal Medical Center building and the surrounding hospital area. The PRCS also reports that artillery fire has struck the al-Maghazi refugee camp, located centrally within the Palestinian territory, resulting in at least one injury to a Palestinian individual.
