Azerbaijan and Russia are discussing the issues of increasing the number of checkpoints on the border between the two countries, Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev said on Thursday, speaking at the 15th Verona Eurasian Economic Forum in Baku.
"Yesterday we had the opportunity to monitor the border with Russia. We saw that the flow (of goods) at the border is increasing. In this regard, we discussed the possibility of increasing the efficiency of cooperation in this area as well in order to increase the number of checkpoints," Mustafayev said.
