Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov received Charge d’Affaires ad interim of the State of Libya to Russia Mustafa Abousaida.
According to the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the diplomats had "a frank discussion on developments in Libya and around it".
The parties stressed the need to achieve an intra-Libyan settlement as soon as possible and ensure the sustainable development of this country as a single, sovereign and independent state.
