The new NATO strategy should include steps to fight any manifestations of terrorism, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Friday at a press conference following talks with his Polish and Romanian counterparts.
"NATO's new strategic concept should include decisive steps to combat any manifestations of terrorism. Important decisions will be made at the forthcoming summit of the alliance," the Turkish foreign minister said.
According to him, Ankara also awaits a response from Sweden and Finland after consultations were held with their delegations regarding their membership in NATO.
In turn, Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau said that the next trilateral meeting of foreign ministers of Turkey, Poland and Romania is scheduled for 2023. According to him, it will be held in Poland
