The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will conduct its 2025 military exercises in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan, CSTO Secretary-General Imangali Tasmagambetov announced during a press conference.

“Every year, we adopt an operational-combat training plan, which outlines various themes and directions for our drills. The plan for 2025 has also been approved, and exercises will be conducted in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan,” Tasmagambetov stated.

According to the secretary-general, Kyrgyzstan will host the Rubezh-2025 command-and-staff exercises and operational training sessions with the Central Asian Rapid Deployment Forces Command, as part of the broader Combat Brotherhood-2025 operational-strategic exercises.

Tasmagambetov emphasized Kyrgyzstan's dedication to organizing these events, saying, “The Ministry of Defense of Kyrgyzstan approaches such exercises with great responsibility, and I am confident that the 2025 exercises hosted in Kyrgyzstan will also be conducted at an exceptionally high organizational level.”
