The Vth Kazan Forum of Young Entrepreneurs of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation countries has started in the Tatarstan capital.
Representatives of 13 countries, including Germany, Egypt, Jordan, Iran, Great Britain, Libya, Pakistan, Palestine, etc., will take part in the Forum this year. 13 IT start-ups will be presented to the expert jury.
The Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, Taliya Minullina, speaking to the Forum participants, has noted that the Forum itself and its results are growing every year.
According to her, last year, the number of attracted investments following the results of cooperation of participants, mentors and investors of the Forum amounted about a million dollars.
It is known that the purpose of the Forum is to identify and support the most interesting projects and form business contacts between Russia and the International business community. The best projects of the participants will traditionally be presented to the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and investors according to of the XI International Economic Summit "Russia - Islamic World: KAZANSUMMIT 2019", which will be held April 24th-26th.
