King Mohammed VI of Morocco sent congratulations to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Russia Day, Maghreb Arabe Press reported on Monday.
The monarch extended "warm congratulations to the Russian president and his best wishes for further progress and prosperity to the Russian people."
