The situation in Kazakhstan is exclusively an internal matter of that country, Federation Council Vice-Speaker Konstantin Kosachev told RIA Novosti, responding to a question about Moscow's possible assistance to Nur-Sultan to resolve the conflict.
"The current situation is exclusively an internal matter of Kazakhstan. One can only wish the friendly nation to avoid extremes and come out of this situation with a preserved sense of national unity, which has always been its hallmark," Kosachev said.
