Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi discussed preparations for this year's upcoming Group of Twenty (G20) summit in Tunxi, China, on Wednesday.
"They discussed current topics on the bilateral and international agenda, including preparations for this November's upcoming G20 summit under the Indonesian presidency," the Russian foreign ministry said in a statement following the meeting.
Lavrov has arrived in China to attend the third ministerial conference of Afghanistan's neighboring countries on March 31. The Russian foreign ministry said earlier that the head of the Russian diplomatic mission would hold a series of talks with his foreign counterparts on March 30.
