Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov affirmed Russia's dedication to furthering bilateral cooperation with Oman within the OPEC+ framework. He made this statement during a press conference on Tuesday following talks with Omani Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi.
"We have reaffirmed our commitment to sustaining cooperation within the OPEC+ format and ensuring the successful implementation of all previously agreed-upon agreements," Lavrov emphasized.
The Russian foreign minister also highlighted the ongoing discussions between Moscow and Muscat regarding cultural, humanitarian, and educational exchanges, which hold promising prospects. "We are exploring the potential for organizing tours by Russian groups and potentially hosting extensive 'Russian seasons' in Oman," he added. "Furthermore, there is mutual interest in facilitating the exchange of exhibitions between our esteemed museums and Oman."
