Russia does not report any provocations against its peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told TASS.

"The situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone tends to normalize," he said. - "We note with satisfaction the willingness of Baku and Yerevan to fulfill their obligations, to lead to the overall stabilization of the situation. I would like to note the high degree of cooperation displayed by the parties in resolving the issues arising on the ground. Russia in its turn continues to responsibly and effectively execute its function as a guarantor of the ceasefire. So far no provocative actions against Russian peacekeepers have been recorded.

Lavrov pointed out that the only noticeable violation recorded on December 13 occurred on the line of contact where there were no Russian peacekeepers. "Vigorous steps taken by the command of our peacekeeping contingent in contacts with Azerbaijani and Armenian partners made it possible to avoid the escalation of the incident," he continued. - "We will continue to make every effort to prevent a breakdown in the ceasefire."

On December 11, the ceasefire regime was violated near the settlements of Khtsaberd and Khin Taher of the Hadrut area. Baku announced an anti-terrorist operation in the area. The situation remained tense for several days.
