At least 13 Palestinians were killed and 25 injured in Israeli airstrikes targeting the central and southern parts of the Gaza Strip, according to the WAFA news agency.
The strikes hit residential homes and temporary shelters for displaced individuals in the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza. These bombings killed 12 civilians and left 25 wounded. Rescue workers continue their search-and-rescue efforts in the area, the agency reported.
Additionally, one Palestinian was killed, and several others were injured in an Israeli strike on the outskirts of the southern city of Rafah.
Since the start of Israeli military operations on October 7, 2023, WAFA reports that a total of 41,909 civilians have been killed, with 97,303 more injured.
