Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev discussed bilateral relations and measures to combat the coronavirus pandemic in a telephone conversation, the Kremlin's press service reported on Thursday.
"Issues of further development of bilateral relations were discussed. The parties touched upon the situation around the coronavirus pandemic and the measures taken to combat the infection," the report says.
