Putin: Russia Consistently Advocates Guarantees of Education for Everyone According to Their Interests

Russia consistently advocates for the provision of guarantees for everyone to receive education in line with their needs and interests, President Vladimir Putin emphasized in his greeting to the II International Forum of Ministers of Education "Shaping the Future." The text was read out by the Minister of Education, Sergey Kravtsov.

 

"We firmly and consistently stand for ensuring guarantees for the realization of the right of every person to receive education according to his needs and interests. For the creation of conditions that will allow the younger generation to maximize their potential and talents," President Putin stressed.

 

Putin highlighted that in Russia, "all children have equal access to free education." He expressed pride in the achievements of Russian students, stating, "We are proud of the brilliant victories of our schoolchildren and students at international Olympiads. Leading domestic universities rightfully occupy worthy positions in world rankings, and Russian diplomas are in demand among foreign students."

 

The President added that Moscow promotes these educational approaches "in various integration formats," including the CIS and BRICS, where Russia will hold the chairmanship in 2024.
