Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold several international phone conversations on Friday, including one with Turkish leader Tayyip Erdogan, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
"Putin has several international phone conversations today. One of them has already been announced by our colleagues in Ankara, it will be a conversation with Erdogan, we confirm this," Peskov said.
The Russian president holds telephone conversations with leaders of foreign countries and foreign politicians almost daily. The day before, he had talks with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, as well as Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
