Moscow is maintaining regular contact with Beijing and other allies сoncerning the situation in the Middle East, according to Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova.
“We are in constant communication with our Chinese partners, as well as with our allies in the region,” Zakharova stated during a briefing. “We continue to persistently and consistently urge all involved parties to exercise restraint and call on the international community to consolidate effective efforts, including within the UN framework, to bring about a swift end to the bloodshed, particularly in Gaza.”
