Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov received Ambassador of Tunisia to Russia Mohamed Ali Сhihi.
During the conversation, the officials exchanged views on the situation in Tunisia and North Africa in general.
They also discussed pressing issues related to the further development of Russia-Tunisia relations, including the schedule of contacts at various levels.
Special attention was paid to the preparation and holding of the economic forum and the Russia-Africa Summit, which will be held in October this year in Sochi.
