Russian Deputy Foreign Minister discussed the Middle East with Iranian Ambassador

Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov received Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Russia Mehdi Sanai, at the latter’s request.

The officials exchanged views on developments in the Middle East, in particular, Yemen and the Persian Gulf.
