Russian diplomats do not have plans to evacuate from the West Bank city of Ramallah, as confirmed by Aliya Zaripova, the spokeswoman for Russia's representation to the Palestinian National Authority, in a statement to TASS.
"The diplomats are currently stationed in the West Bank of the Jordan River, which is a distinct area, and there is no discussion of their evacuation," she stated in response to inquiries regarding the potential evacuation of Russian diplomats.
As per the spokeswoman, the lists of Russians to be evacuated from the Gaza Strip remain unchanged. Previously, it was reported that the total number of applications exceeded 550, with approximately 400 of them being Russian citizens.
On Thursday, the Russian Emergencies Ministry announced that a dedicated aircraft carrying humanitarian aid for the Gaza population has departed from the Moscow region to Egypt.
