Participants of the consultations on the Libyan settlement in Berlin are working on the preparation of the final document, Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov told RIA Novosti.
"Now we are working on the preparation of the final document, which, we hope, will be agreed by consensus in the framework of the Berlin process," said, in particular, the diplomat.
After the overthrow and death of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi in 2011, two rival governments emerged in Lybia - one in Tripoli (Government of National Accord, formed with the support of the United Nations and the European Union) and the other in Tobruk (people's elected Parliament).
