Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov received a delegation of the Syrian opposition -Kurdish National Council (KNC) consisting of members of the Syrian Constitutional Committee Kamiran Hajo, as well as Ibrahim Barro and Ismail Hassaf.
The conversation was around the situation in Syria. The parties paid special attention to the situation in the Northeastern regions of the country and the implementation of the Russian-Turkish Memorandum of understanding adopted in Sochi on October 22.
They also exchanged views on the further promotion of the political settlement process in Syria, taking into account the interests of all ethnic and religious groups of the Syrian population.
