Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Chairman of the Group of strategic vision "Russia-Islamic world", arrived on a working visit to Dubai, where the II World Tolerance Summit will be held.
According to the press service of the head of the Republic, the summit participants will discuss ways to spread the values of tolerance at the global level, support constructive dialogue between different civilizations, cultures and religions.
Special attention will be paid to the role of governments in promoting the values of tolerance and fraternity. There will also be a broad exchange of views on the importance of strengthening partnerships and cooperation to ensure peace, stability and security throughout the world.
During his visit to the UAE, Minnikhanov will hold a meeting with Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the Minister of Tolerance of the United Arab Emirates.
