Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov starts an official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the program of the visit includes meeting with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
During the talks, it is planned to discuss key issues of bilateral cooperation. The ministers will exchange views on international and regional topics, including the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement. They will also sign a plan of consultations between the foreign ministries of Russia and Azerbaijan for 2020.
