The traditional meeting of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov with the ambassadors of the CIS member states was held in Moscow.
During the conversation, as reported by the press service of the Russian Diplomatic Department, the parties summed up the work done in 2019 on the development of cooperation in trade, economic and humanitarian spheres, security in the CIS, strengthening of the positions of CIS countries in the international arena.
"Further steps have been identified to increase the multifaceted interaction", the message reads.
The participants also exchanged views on current international and regional issues.
